I would just like to point out for the n'th time, that whether or not a meeting is agreed, I am EXTREMELY grateful for any reply that I receive, be it positive OR negative, as it shows that the request in my letter has at least been considered.
I have NO DESIRE to name or shame anyone who does not reply. Everyone on my list undertakes plenty of work for charity and is no doubt very busy. Besides which, I'm sure I've got many of the addresses wrong.
